I’m planning to get treatment at Grace Health Services, but I want to make sure my insurance is accepted. Has anyone checked recently? What plans do they take?
I called them last month, and they accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans like Aetna and Cigna. It’s best to double-check, though, as it might depend on your location.

That’s good to know. Do they also take Humana or UnitedHealthcare? I have family covered under those.
@Valen
Yes, they do accept both. I confirmed this when I called for an appointment a few weeks ago.
They also take Kentucky Children’s Health Insurance Program (KCHIP) if anyone is looking for options for their kids.

That’s helpful. Do they offer financial assistance for people who don’t have any insurance?
@Dallas
Yes, they have a financial assistance program. You’ll need to apply, but it helps with treatment costs if you qualify.
If you’re worried about coverage, their website has a section listing all the insurances they accept. I found it pretty easy to navigate.
I went there last year. They accept cash, credit, and debit too if insurance doesn’t cover everything.

That’s great to hear. Do they offer payment plans for people paying out of pocket?
@Freeman
Yes, they do have payment plans. Just ask at the billing office when you visit.
Do they accept insurance for mental health services, or is it just for general medical treatment?

They do cover mental health services, but it depends on your insurance plan. Some plans might need pre-authorization.
@Zenith
I had to get a referral for my therapy sessions to be covered, but once I did, everything went smoothly.
