I’ve been researching HR software for healthcare organizations, and it feels overwhelming with all the options out there. From Deel to Workday, they all claim to be the best. Does anyone here have experience with these tools? Which ones are worth trying for managing staff, compliance, and scheduling?
I’ve used Deel before for managing remote healthcare teams. It’s pretty solid for compliance and payroll. The Compliance Hub is super handy for keeping track of regulations.

I’ve heard Deel is great for global teams. Does it handle contractor payments well?
@Ming
Yes, Deel automates contractor payments in multiple currencies. It’s smooth, but the initial setup can take some time.

That’s good to know. Does Deel integrate well with other tools like Slack or QuickBooks?

It’s not the most intuitive, but once you get used to it, the features make up for the learning curve.

I’ve used APS in a hospital setting. The shift management and ACA compliance features are really helpful.
@Ripley
Does APS offer GPS tracking for staff? We have mobile teams, and it could be useful.

@Bliss
Are the training modules customizable? I’d like something tailored for my team’s needs.

They offer accredited courses, but you can’t fully customize them. Still, the coverage is broad enough for most healthcare topics.
