So, we’ve been looking for an HR system that actually works well for a healthcare practice, and it’s been a headache. Most of them seem to be built for regular offices, not hospitals or clinics. We need something that handles scheduling, compliance, and payroll without making it a nightmare. Anyone have recommendations? What are you using?

Yeah, we had the same issue. Ended up going with BambooHR because it’s pretty easy to use and has decent scheduling tools. It’s not perfect, but better than most.
BambooHR is solid, but their payroll stuff is kinda limited. We had to use a separate system for that.
We tried Rippling, and it’s been okay. The automation features are nice, but it takes a bit to get used to.

It does, but you still need to stay on top of it. It won’t do everything for you, but it helps.
We use CEDR HR Solutions. It’s specifically for healthcare, so it’s got good compliance tools. Not the fanciest interface, but it works.

I looked into CEDR but wasn’t sure about the customer support. How’s their response time?

Honestly, they’re pretty responsive. You get actual HR pros helping you, which is nice.
We went with Workday. It’s good if you’re running a bigger hospital, but it’s pricey.

Yeah, we considered Workday too, but the cost was way too high for our clinic.
Anyone tried Zoho People? I saw they have a healthcare plan but not sure if it’s any good.

Tried it for a bit. It’s affordable but missing some advanced compliance features.
