What is covered by the health insurance at Enrich Personal Care Services?

I’ve been looking into health insurance options at Enrich Personal Care Services. Does anyone know what their plan covers? Any insights would be helpful.

I worked there last year, and their health insurance plan covered basic medical needs like doctor visits and some prescription drugs. They also offered optional dental and vision coverage, but it depends on your role and location.

That sounds decent. Do they cover specialists or just general practitioners?

Specialist visits were partially covered, but you’d need to get a referral first. It’s worth checking with HR for specific details.

I’m currently working there. The coverage includes preventive care, but you’ll have to pay a co-pay for most visits. They’re good about covering annual checkups.

Do they include mental health services in their coverage?

@Noe
Yes, but it’s limited. They cover a few counseling sessions per year, and anything beyond that is out-of-pocket.

When I was there, the insurance plan also had an option to add family members, but it was quite expensive. Has that changed recently?

It’s still the same. Adding family members increases the premium significantly, but it’s nice to have the option.
