We’re well-supported with IT, payroll, and HR. The issue is our outdated system. We’re trying to modernize and automate more.

You could look at Heartland Payroll. They have enterprise solutions that might fit your needs. I’m happy to share my experience if you’re interested.

I recommend HiBob. It’s customizable and works well for the unique needs of hospital systems. Their implementation team is also very knowledgeable.

I loved using Avionte, but my company was much smaller with around 200 employees. Not sure how it would scale.
