Hello, I recently received a bill from Envision Physician Services stating that I owe $105. As of today (5/23/2023), I haven’t been to the hospital since last November. I visited the link provided on the bill to pay at billpay.envisionhealth.com and logged in using the information provided on my bill. Upon accessing the account, it showed “$0 DUE.” I checked the statement history, and it indicated that bills had been sent in the past few months. I contacted their representative, and they informed me that apparently, my bill had been sent to a collection agency, of which I had no prior knowledge.

hallo my advise is ,It would be prudent to verify insurance coverage and fully comprehend the prices prior to receiving any services, given the documented billing difficulties. If you’re concerned, think about using different providers.

This whole thing feels fishy. I shouldn’t be dealing with collections for a bill I wasn’t even aware of.
