I’m trying to add a certificate holder to my NEXT Health Insurance policy but not sure where to start. Has anyone done this before? Any tips would be super helpful.

Sure, I’ve done this. Just log in to your NEXT account, either on the website or app. Once you’re in, head to the ‘Certificate’ tab, and there’s an option to add a certificate holder. You’ll need their name and contact details. It’s really straightforward.

Once you add them, it’s a good idea to review the certificate of insurance. It updates automatically, but double-checking for typos or missing details is always smart.
