Customer support has been good so far. Their chat feature is fast, and I’ve actually had helpful responses from their agents.

It depends on the plan you choose. Mine covers a set number of virtual visits per year, so it hasn’t cost me anything extra yet.

They have a detailed privacy policy, but like with any platform, there’s always a risk. I’d recommend reading through it if you’re worried about how they use your data.

Yes, especially since I didn’t have to pay for extras I didn’t need. The flexibility is worth it.
The biggest downside for me has been the learning curve with their digital tools. It’s not super intuitive if you’re not tech-savvy.

They do, but it could be better. Some videos and guides are available, but I think they need more step-by-step instructions for new users.
