I’m considering switching to Cigna for my health insurance, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with them. How’s their coverage and customer service? Any pros or cons I should know about?

Do your investigations carefully. Although Cigna was a great corporation, it just been sued for falsely rejecting claims through the use of artificial intelligence and its algorithms.
I wanted to make sure in advance that this visit is covered by my Cigna insurance. I asked this inquiry via the Cigna website’s live chat option. I received a call that my phone recognized as coming from Cigna after providing the service agent with the address and name of the location I’m traveling to; nevertheless, an issue occurred and the connection was dropped. When I tried to send a message stating that I had received a call but that it stopped right away, I saw that my message simply vanished on send and did not show up in the chat log. I also observed that I was not receiving any further messages in the conversation.
Cigna could be a decent option, especially if you find a plan with a network that fits your needs. However, be prepared for potentially high deductibles and the possibility of spotty customer service.
